Had a safety issue with my Subaru Outback with the automatic transmission. Took a day to schedule and a day to access the problem and they completed th repair in hours and under $400

Was told to diagnose then call me. Instead, done no more than hook up a couple ground cables and charged 600 dollars. These guys rebuilt 2 transmissions for me as well as 2 guys that I referred to them. Lesson learned. Next time will be with a shop that appreciates a loyal customer

I took my vehicle to this shop to have my tire rods replaced and a sensor in my transmission fixed. Spent 700 dollars. Everything seemed great. As I drove away from the shop , I noticed my car had no power steering whatsoever. Which was definitely not an issue before I dropped it off with them. I called the shop and was told they would tow it for free and fix the power steering for free as well ( since NOTHING was wrong with my power steering before they worked on my car ). After almost 2 weeks , I get the call my car had been fixed. I get to the shop and was told I owed them $286. I paid it and left. A day later , my power steering was messed up once again. A complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Jessica, Justin and the Performance Plus Transmission Team, Thank you!!! Thank you for taking care of me and truly treating me like family. Great customer service, they saved me from paying over $700.00 to the original automotive place. Did I forget to mention that they got the truck finished the same day they picked up. I can't say enough about the Great Service, workmanship and how awesome it is to be treated like family. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They even noticed another issue underneath my vehicle and fixed it for me at no cost. The team is dedicated and have a passion for the work and their customer service. Although it was expensive, the work was needed and it was done well. I will recommend them to anyone. You pay for what you get and what I got was my vehicle repaired, future issues addressed and peace of mind.
